HTC launches Desire 526G+ in partnership with Snapdeal

The trend of launching devices in partnership with e-commerce sites doesn’t seem to be ending, as both manufacturers and e-tailers find it to be a sweet deal for them. Till now we saw this trend among smaller manufacturers like Xiaomi, Micromax and OnePLus. But now even big players are joining the league. The latest entry is HTC Desire 526+G smartphone, which has been launched for a starting price of Rs. 10,400 only in partnership with

Specs-wise this is a great smartphone packed with 1.7 GHz octa-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8MP primary camera, 2MP secondary camera and a 4.7-inches large qHD screen. Storage options available are 8GB and 16GB, which can be expanded up to 32GB with the help of a memory card. The software side of this device is also quite awesome in itself. Desire 526G+ has got Android 4.4 KitKat OS underneath with HTC Sense UI and HTC BlinkFeed home screen. BlinkFeed provides you an opportunity to customize your home screen according to your requirements – you can add news, updates from social accounts and many more things that you want to see in a blink to your BlinkFeed home screen. The octa-core processor inside this phone ensure that performance of device isn’t affected by adding more content to your home screen, which is a problem with many other devices. Offline Reading Mode keeps your data bill low by downloading all the content that you may want to read for offline reading when you’re connected to the Internet.

The phone also comes with dual-SIM support and connectivity options like 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS/AGPS. To make the offer even more enticing, a steal deal has also been attached with this phone – if you’re one of the first 3000 buyers of 8GB version, you’ll get an 8GB microSD card absolutely free. The 8GB version of phone will cost you Rs. 10,400 and 16GB version will cost only 1000 INR more at Rs. 11,400.

Coming to the conclusion, I would like to say that if you believe in performance and were looking for a smartphone powered by speed from a reliable manufacturer on a budget price, this is the device you’ve been waiting for. Highly recommended from my side – buy it before it’s too late!
