Intex Aqua Slice listed on official website, runs Android Kitkat

Intex is all set to launch one more smartphone in the Indian market which has recently got listed on their official website. This new phone is going to be named as Intex Aqua Slice and it is expected to be available with a price tag of Rs 8000. It features a decent design which Intex is providing to most of its newly launched smartphones. Overall form factor is just like the Firefox smartphone launched earlier by Intex. It has well rounded corners and it seems very comfortable to hold and use single handily. It houses a 4.5 inch display, so overall it is still small in size and going to be comfortable to hold. Also it is following the on-going selfie trend since it features 5MP camera in front which is definitely going to be its attractive feature for this smartphone.

It measures just 8.2 mm in thickness which is another UPS of this device. Front part looks like every other Android smartphone from the brand. It features a camera, sensor, speaker on top while three capacitive buttons beneath the display. Rear part holds on to camera unit with LED flash and Intex branding in between.

So this is the story of this new phone which is all set to arrive at stores near you any day. Do let me know whether you’re excited about it or not?

From my side it’s a good phone as its offering good specs as far as the price tag is concerned. If its price tag goes beyond 9k INR then it won’t be a better option. Additionally, Since it runs on Android KitKat OS, we can expect it to deliver good level of performance along with one-day of battery life. The battery power of 1650 mAh doesn’t seem to be capable of delivering one-day of battery life though (we will test it in the review).

Out of 8GB internal storage, approx 4GB+ will be there for users which should be use to keep apps and games data only. Because of 1GB RAM, users can easily play certain high quality games. The 5MP selfie camera along with dual SIM card support are going to play a key role in the final sales figure.
