HTC’s latest budget segment android phone HTC Desire 310 has made its way in Indian market. The price of Rs 11700 might seem little bit high when comparing it with the Moto G which has got better set of hardware specifications.

Earlier today, HTC silently launched its phone in the market and it quickly went on sale on the online retailers like Snapdeal. Later today, company’s country head Farooq Siddiqui announced the official availability of HTC Desire 310/300 in India. During the announcement, he quoted

Everybody today wants a smartphone that can keep up with them, regardless of whether it is a flagship or entry-level model. The latest addition to our renowned Desire range combines super-fast processing and premium features at a lower price, offering users the best possible experience in this category.

HTC Desire 310 features 4.5 inch FWVGA resolution display, 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.2 Jelly bean, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB of internal storage, micro SD card slot and 2000 mAh battery. There’s a 5 megapixel shooter at the back along with a VGA front facing camera. The HTC Desire 310 is currently available in India in two colors i.e., black and white. The other two colored variants of the HTC Desire 310 will be available in coming weeks.
